Fundraising and raising awareness of course, but our support goes deeper to ensure sustainability through offering business advice and back-office support.
Passionate about giving back to the community, we have partnered with Instinct Gym & Wellbeing to build a state-of-the-art fitness studio that offers personal training, nutrition and dietary advice.
As part of our investment in Tarporley, we also offer a suite of bespoke treatment rooms employed by specialist consultants that cover everything from Clinical, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health & Wellbeing to Beauty & Aesthetics.
Based in Tarporley, Cheshire we are an organisation with a vision to develop a community Mental Health and Wellbeing model within the Community, NHS, Private Medicine, Military and Charity. Our Community offering begins in Tarporley which we hope will be the blueprint for additional community hubs over time.
Our parent company Enigma Holdings Group Ltd has invested heavily into a new state-of-the art Gym & Fitness centre (also in Tarporley) including 4 consultation suites.
We aim to allocate time, resource and facilities to the local community, businesses, sports groups, associations and organisations to help improve the offering of Mental Health & Wellbeing currently available.

Chairman
Tony leads a busy life as a Consultant hip and knee surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and Spire Nottingham Hospital, and a trauma surgeon at the Queens Medical Centre, Major Regional Trauma Unit. He has enjoyed his work in the NHS since 1994, has spent time working in Australia, and now enjoys a happy balance of time spent with family, at work and competing in sport. Throughout his time in the NHS, Tony has seen decreasing staff morale and increasing sickness. He has witnessed patients struggling to get to see the right people and get the right treatments, and a lack of drive to build on good ideas that would make a difference. Although physically “fixing” patients is more natural to Tony, he has a passion for making a difference to the services available to improve positive mental health and wellbeing. As Chairman of Enigma Wellness, he can now be more proactive, using his experience in Healthcare, his understanding of people and the corporate world, to help build a more positive community through local and national initiatives.
